Kick Space Technologies Inc. signed a memorandum of understanding for strategic collaboration with Space BD Inc., a space trading company that provides satellite launch services, ISS utilization, and satellite-related businesses.
Through this collaboration, Kick Space Technologies, which develops and manufactures micro satellites, and Space BD, which has strengths in launch opportunity coordination and space utilization services, will strengthen proposal capabilities for customers in Japan and overseas from mission planning through operation.
The companies will discuss launch opportunity coordination, satellite component sales, review support, transportation procedures, and other areas to support implementation of micro satellite missions by universities, research institutions, and private companies.
